Founded in 2017 by two mothers who struggled to find caregivers they truly trusted, Little Cub Sitters set out to solve a problem they knew intimately. What started as a small network of carefully selected caregivers has grown into a premium service trusted by over 2,000 families.
We know that leaving your children with someone new is one of the most vulnerable moments of parenthood. That is why we have built our entire service around trust, transparency, and genuine care.
Every caregiver in our network is personally interviewed, background-checked, reference-verified, and trained in our standards of excellence. But beyond credentials, we look for something harder to teach: warmth, patience, and an innate ability to connect with children.
